It opens with aromas of apple, sweet butter and cucumber. As it opens the aromas tend towards lemon, melon with a touch orange zest and fig. The mouthfeel is lush, round with a bright crisp finish. The palate opens to layers of white peach, apricot with hints of spice backed by nice minerality and brine. With a little time, it opens to layers of straw, chamomile and sweet cream.
