Insieme Wines 2017 Pinot Grigio was fermented and aged in Stainless Steel and neutral cask. It's been waiting quietly for a new home in Oceanside.
The bouquet is fresh and crisp. It opens with notes of citrus and honeysuckle. It's fairly perfumed and after a few minutes you can pick up subtle notes of dry hay. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, medium viscosity but very smooth with a nice minerally finish. An interesting wine; that taste like its aromas up front. But as it opens it gives off notes of violets behind that honeysuckle along with pear all continuously carried by its minerally finish.
